About Us
Located in Entrechaux, Domaine Talès cultivates its vines around Vaison-la-Romaine, Entrechaux, Roaix and Malaucène, producing rich and authentic wines.

Since 2001
Driven by his passion for viticulture and winemaking, Gaël Blanc founded Domaine Talès in 2001. Starting with just three wines and a small production, he has steadily developed the estate while remaining true to his commitment to quality and authenticity. In 2011, a new winery was built, allowing production to grow while preserving the character of every wine. Today, Gaël works alongside his wife and son, continuing to produce organic wines that reflect the unique terroir of Mont Ventoux.
Our Terroir
Our vineyards benefits from an exceptional Mediterranean climate. Since 2010, our vines have been cultivated using certified organic farming methods. This respect for the soil and the vines is essential to producing wines that are sincere and expressive.
Our Vineyards
Our vineyards are located in Entrechaux and Malaucène, where we produce Ventoux wines, and in Vaison-la-Romaine and Roaix, where we produce Côtes du Rhône wines.
